Description

Crispy, juicy meatballs made in the air fryer with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for pasta, appetizers, or subs.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t overcrowded.
  5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce, over pasta, or enjoy as an appetizer.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a different flavor.

Add red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze uncooked meatballs for up to 3 months.

If reheating, use the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes.
