Ingredients
12 ounces spaghetti
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch garlic salt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti for 12 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat and stir in spaghetti sauce. Let simmer while preparing other ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until evenly coated.
- Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Add the cream cheese-coated spaghetti, then top with the remaining meat sauce.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses over the top.
