Description

Cheesy Beefy Rolls are a delicious and hearty snack or appetizer made with savory beef, melted cheese, and soft pizza dough, all baked to golden perfection. They’re quick to make and perfect for any occasion, from a family dinner to a game-day snack.


Ingredients

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 cup (100g) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

1 can (13.8 oz/390g) refrigerated pizza dough

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

½ cup (75g) finely chopped onion

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat, then stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough on a floured surface and roll it out into a 12×8-inch rectangle.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beef.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long side, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Place the slices cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  7. Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
