Description

Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza made with crescent rolls is a quick and easy dessert featuring a golden, flaky base topped with buttery cinnamon sugar and drizzled with a sweet vanilla glaze. It’s warm, comforting, and ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

1 tube crescent roll dough

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 tablespoon milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form a solid sheet.
  3. Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon. Brush dough with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix evenly over the top.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While it cools slightly, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to form a glaze.
  6. Drizzle glaze over the warm pizza, slice, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use cream cheese glaze for a richer topping.
  • Add fruit slices like apples or berries before baking.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts for extra crunch.
  • Enhance flavor with a pinch of nutmeg or cloves.
  • Brown sugar adds deeper caramel notes.
