Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cubed
8 oz linguine pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add butter, minced garlic, and chili flakes to the skillet. Stir until the butter melts and the garlic is fragrant.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet. Add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Toss everything to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with extra parsley if desired.
