Ingredients
1 bunch of spinach
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 cup milk
2 tbsp cake flour
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp stock powder (vegetable curry flavor)
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the spinach for 2 minutes, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they become delicate and tender.
- Add the cake flour to the pan and stir well to combine. Let it cook for about 1 minute to form a roux.
- Gradually pour in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens into a creamy white sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the steamed spinach to the white sauce and sprinkle the stock powder over it, stirring gently to combine.
