Ingredients
8 ounces penne pasta
1 pound ground Italian sausage
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
