Description

Crispy air fryer baked potatoes with golden, crispy skin and a fluffy interior. A quick, easy, and healthier side dish option for any meal.


Ingredients

4 medium russet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
  2. Pierce each potato with a fork several times. Rub olive oil all over the potatoes, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skins are crispy and the insides are tender.

Notes

  • For cheesy baked potatoes, add shredded cheese in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  • For a spicy twist, sprinkle with cayenne pepper before cooking.
  • For herb-infused potatoes, add dried rosemary or thyme with the seasoning.
