Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes under running water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
- Pierce each potato with a fork several times. Rub olive oil all over the potatoes, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re not touching. Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skins are crispy and the insides are tender.
Notes
- For cheesy baked potatoes, add shredded cheese in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- For a spicy twist, sprinkle with cayenne pepper before cooking.
- For herb-infused potatoes, add dried rosemary or thyme with the seasoning.
- If you don’t have olive oil, feel free to substitute with vegetable or avocado oil.
