Ingredients
500 grams (1 lb) chicken breast
120 grams (1 cup) breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
60 grams (½ cup) plain/all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon paprika

Optional: 30 grams (¼ cup) grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Breading Station: Set up three shallow dishes. In the first dish, mix the flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. In the second dish, beat the eggs. In the third dish, place the breadcrumbs and Parmesan (if using), mixing them together.
- Coat the Chicken: Slice the chicken breast into strips. Coat each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten egg, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
