Ingredients
4 potatoes, cut into ½” cubes
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or ½ teaspoon dried parsley)
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into ½” cubes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, adding butter and oil.
- Add the potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter and oil mixture. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cover the skillet and steam the potatoes for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir the potatoes. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.

- For extra crispiness, stir the potatoes occasionally, and increase the heat slightly in the final minutes of cooking.
