Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon milk or cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
1–2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (or more, to taste)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Ensure it fits comfortably in your freezer.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate until evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon measure or small cookie scoop, drop portions of the mixture onto the prepared tray. Space them about an inch apart.
- If desired, use the back of a spoon dipped in warm water to smooth the tops of each bite.
- Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 1–2 hours, or until the bites are firm to the touch.
- Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container or zip-top bag, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Store in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
