Ingredients
1/4 cup blended blueberries
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
Sweetener (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
- Place the blueberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine the blended blueberries and Greek yogurt. If you’d like a sweeter treat, add your preferred sweetener and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into a small zip-top bag, then cut off one corner to create a piping bag. Pipe small drops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared tray.
- Place the tray in the freezer and let the drops freeze for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
- Once frozen, transfer the drops to an airtight container and store in the freezer for easy snacking.
Notes
- Try using other fruits like strawberries, raspberries, or mangoes for different flavors.
- Add-ins like mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, or granola can be mixed in for extra texture.
- Adjust the sweetness with honey, maple syrup, or your favorite sugar substitute.
