Description

Blueberry Yogurt Drops are a healthy, refreshing snack that combine the creamy texture of yogurt with the natural sweetness of blueberries. These frozen bites are quick to prepare and make a perfect treat for when you’re craving something sweet and nutritious.


Ingredients

1/4 cup blended blueberries

1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the blueberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the blended blueberries and Greek yogurt. If you’d like a sweeter treat, add your preferred sweetener and mix well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a small zip-top bag, then cut off one corner to create a piping bag. Pipe small drops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared tray.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer and let the drops freeze for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the drops to an airtight container and store in the freezer for easy snacking.
