Perfect for weeknights or special occasions, this easy salmon recipe is bursting with savory flavor and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
  5. Season salmon with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve warm with lemon slices on the side.
