Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your choice)

Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.
- While the chicken is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little of the reserved pasta water until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Return the chicken to the skillet and gently toss everything together. Let it simmer for a minute to blend the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
