Description

Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Let them melt and heat up.
  2. Add cauliflower florets to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, until slightly golden. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until tender.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, letting the garlic become fragrant.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional), and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
