Description

Grill Master Chicken Wings are marinated in soy sauce and Italian dressing, then grilled to perfection and tossed in a spicy butter sauce, offering the perfect balance of heat and flavor.

Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings, cut apart at joints, wing tips discarded

½ cup soy sauce

½ cup Italian-style salad dressing

¼ cup butter

¼ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot), or to taste

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the chicken wings, soy sauce, and Italian-style dressing. Seal the bag, squeeze out excess air, and marinate the wings in the refrigerator for 4 hours to overnight.
  2. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate to prevent sticking.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the hot pepper sauce and soy sauce until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the wings on the preheated grill, turning occasionally, for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
  6. Transfer the grilled wings to a large bowl. Pour the spicy butter sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a sweeter sauce, you can add honey or brown sugar to the spicy sauce.
  • If you prefer a milder sauce, you can use barbecue sauce or a tangy teriyaki glaze instead of the hot sauce.
  • To make the wings extra crispy, you can finish them in the oven for 5-10 minutes after grilling on high heat.
