Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Sauce: 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread shrimp onto the soaked skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque, and slightly charred.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
