This Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte is a Starbucks-inspired treat combining spiced chai tea, creamy pumpkin cold foam, and a touch of vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. A perfect, cozy drink for anytime you want to enjoy the flavors of fall.
Ingredients
For the Pumpkin Cold Foam:
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon whole milk
1 tablespoon canned pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
⅛ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
For the Chai Tea Latte:
½ cup milk of choice (such as 2%)
½ cup chai tea concentrate
Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a mason jar or glass, combine heavy whipping cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Use a milk frother to whip for about 10-20 seconds until thick and fluffy. Set aside.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in ½ cup milk of choice and ½ cup chai tea concentrate. Stir gently to combine.
- Spoon the pumpkin cold foam on top of the iced chai latte, covering the surface.

Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream or oat cream for the pumpkin foam, and substitute with almond, oat, or soy milk.

- Add extra spice by using a spicier chai concentrate or adding more pumpkin pie spice to the foam.
