Ingredients

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides. - Make the crust and crumble:
In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and lemon zest until combined. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until dough forms. Press about 2/3 of the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Reserve the remaining dough for the crumble topping. - Bake crust:
Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until lightly golden. - Prepare the lemon filling:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. - Add filling and strawberries:
