Description
Nutella Churro Bombs are warm, flaky biscuit balls stuffed with creamy Nutella, baked to golden perfection, and coated in a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture. These indulgent treats are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 package Grands Biscuits (8 biscuits)
½ cup Nutella
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Open the package of biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit flat, then place about 1 tablespoon of Nutella in the center.
- Pinch the edges of the biscuit together to seal the Nutella inside, then roll the biscuit into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 17-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the bombs are baking, melt the butter in a small bowl. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and roll each warm biscuit in the melted butter, then coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Store at room temperature for up to 2 days.
Notes
- You can use different fillings like peanut butter, chocolate chips, or jam.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute with dairy-free butter and biscuit dough.
- These can be stored for up to 2 days, but they’re best enjoyed fresh.
