Description

Nutella Churro Bombs are warm, flaky biscuit balls stuffed with creamy Nutella, baked to golden perfection, and coated in a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture. These indulgent treats are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

1 package Grands Biscuits (8 biscuits)

½ cup Nutella

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Open the package of biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit flat, then place about 1 tablespoon of Nutella in the center.
  3. Pinch the edges of the biscuit together to seal the Nutella inside, then roll the biscuit into a ball and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 17-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the bombs are baking, melt the butter in a small bowl. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and roll each warm biscuit in the melted butter, then coat in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store at room temperature for up to 2 days.

  • You can use different fillings like peanut butter, chocolate chips, or jam.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute with dairy-free butter and biscuit dough.
