Description
One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is a comforting and rich dish made with ground beef, a garlic butter sauce, and creamy cheese. This dish is easy to make, full of flavor, and perfect for busy weeknight dinners or cozy weekend meals.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the beef. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in beef broth, milk, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well.
- Break pasta in half if needed and add to the pot. Stir to make sure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the liquid has reduced to a creamy sauce.
- Stir in shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, skip the beef and add vegetables like mushrooms, spinach, or zucchini.
- To add heat, include red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the sauce.
- Swap the ground beef for turkey, chicken, or sausage for a different protein flavor.
- Heavy cream can be used instead of milk for a richer dish.
