Description

One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta is a comforting and rich dish made with ground beef, a garlic butter sauce, and creamy cheese. This dish is easy to make, full of flavor, and perfect for busy weeknight dinners or cozy weekend meals.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

3 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups beef broth

2 cups milk

8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp paprika

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan

Salt & pepper to taste

Chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
  2. Add butter and minced garlic to the beef. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in beef broth, milk, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well.
  4. Break pasta in half if needed and add to the pot. Stir to make sure the pasta is submerged in the liquid.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the liquid has reduced to a creamy sauce.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, skip the beef and add vegetables like mushrooms, spinach, or zucchini.
  • To add heat, include red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the sauce.
  • Swap the ground beef for turkey, chicken, or sausage for a different protein flavor.
  • Heavy cream can be used instead of milk for a richer dish.
