Ingredients
1½ cups peanut butter (or an allergy-friendly alternative)
¾ cup protein powder (about 90 g)
¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey
½ tsp salt
4 oz melted chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup (or honey), and salt to form a thick dough.
- Shape the dough into bars with your hands or press it firmly into a lined 8×8-inch pan.
- If using chocolate, melt chocolate chips and optionally add 2 tsp oil for smoother texture. Spread over the bars or dip each bar.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until fully set.
- Slice into 10–16 bars, depending on your preferred size.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Freeze for up to 3 months; thaw in the fridge before eating.

- No reheating required; enjoy chilled.
