Description

A decadent pie featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, fudgy brownie center, and gooey caramel layer, making it the ultimate dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

½ cup unsalted butter

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

¼ teaspoon baking powder

½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

¼ teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. For the crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the pie dish and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let it cool while you prepare the filling.
  3. For the brownie filling, melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Whisk granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Mix in the melted chocolate-butter mixture until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until combined.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the cooled crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle sea salt (if using). Top with the remaining brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is set but the center is still slightly fudgy. Let the pie cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or extra caramel drizzle for added indulgence.

Notes

  • Customize the crust by using a traditional pie crust or Oreo cookie crust.
  • Make the pie ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Reheat before serving.
  • Freeze leftovers by wrapping the pie tightly and storing it for up to 3 months.
  • For an extra chocolatey touch, fold in mini chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs and ensure all ingredients are gluten-free.
