Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

2 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving


Instructions

  1. Prepare rice or quinoa according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
