Ingredients
2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
1 tbsp butter or oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the tuna, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese, and parsley. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
