Description

Ingredients

1 packet pink lemonade mix (such as Country Time)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup cold water

Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and the pink lemonade mix.
  2. Whip the cream and lemonade mixture on high speed until it thickens and forms stiff peaks.
  3. In a separate glass, combine the remaining pink lemonade mix and cold water, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes until it’s about 2/3 full.
  5. Spoon the whipped pink lemonade mixture on top of the lemonade mixture in the glass.
  6. Optionally, stir the whipped cream into the drink before serving for a smooth blend, or serve as is for a fun layered effect.

Notes

Experiment with different flavored drink powders, such as strawberry or raspberry lemonade, for unique versions of the drink.

Use coconut cream or a non-dairy substitute for a dairy-free version.

For a frozen version, blend the lemonade mixture with ice before adding the whipped cream on top.
